Welcome to TrioSpark Digital. By accessing our Shopify store or purchasing our digital products, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Digital Products

TrioSpark Digital sells downloadable digital products, including spreadsheets, financial trackers, calculators, planners, dashboards, templates and related digital resources. No physical products will be shipped unless specifically stated on the product listing.

2. Personal & Business Use

Purchases grant you a non-exclusive licence to use the digital product for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, share, copy for commercial distribution, sublicense or claim our products as your own.

3. Payments & Orders

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Payment must be successfully completed before access to a digital product is provided. Payments are processed securely through the payment methods available through our Shopify store.

4. Digital Delivery

Digital products are normally available after successful payment through the download method provided with your order. Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring they have suitable software to open and use the purchased files.

5. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, refund eligibility may be limited once a product has been downloaded or accessed. Where we advertise a specific refund guarantee, including a 30-day refund policy, that policy will apply subject to its stated conditions and applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including rights that may apply to consumers in Ireland or the European Union.

6. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, screenshots and information are accurate. Colours, formatting and appearance may vary depending on the customer's device, operating system, spreadsheet software or application.

7. Financial Disclaimer

Our financial spreadsheets, calculators, dashboards and planning tools are provided for organisational, educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, accounting, tax, investment or legal advice.

Customers remain responsible for checking calculations, entering accurate information and obtaining professional advice where appropriate. TrioSpark Digital does not guarantee any particular financial, business or commercial outcome from using its products.

8. Intellectual Property

All original products, designs, templates, documentation, branding, graphics and other content supplied by TrioSpark Digital remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to the customer.

9. Prohibited Use

You must not use our store or products for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the store, distribute malicious software, infringe intellectual property rights, or use purchased products in a manner prohibited by these Terms.

10. Third-Party Services

Our store is hosted using Shopify and may use third-party payment processors, applications and services. Your use of those services may also be subject to the relevant provider's terms and privacy policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TrioSpark Digital will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our digital products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. The latest version will be published on our store with an updated revision date. Continued use of the store after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply based on the customer's location.
